Go Country operates with a tight staffing team:

Jim is the founder of Go Country and it's project manager. Jim has been the driver behind all operations of the charity since its inception. He is responsible for all aspects of the operation of the charity. As well as a qualified counsellor, assessor/verifier and special training/education tutor, Jim is fully qualified in all aspects of instructing of the individual activities.


Liz DouglasLiz

 

 

 

Liz is the Company Secretary and is responsible for all administrative aspects of the charity. Liz graduated in 2008 with a degree in Business with Human Resource Management and is a graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Coming from a background of 24 years in nursing with experience of management in the care service, she brings administrative and fundraising skills to the charity.

Go Country have now employes 2 Trainee Instructors, Initially funded by the Future Jobs Fund and now holding full-time posts funded by the charity.  Go Country proudly support young people into employment and are keen to continue offering young people a chance to develop themselves through employment.


In addition, Go Country draw on a pool of qualified instructors to deliver individual sessions and groups.
