Afternoon
Following a soup and sandwich lunch at Forest Hills hotel, the option of either 1 hour Quad Biking and gorge walking or a half hour back, neck and shoulder massage in the Vital Spa and use of Vital Leisure facilities at the Foresthills hotel.
