Waterpark Wipeout Challenge

Have fun on our Waterpark Wipeout Challenge on idyllic Loch Ard, jump into the loch and master the assault course. Feel the exhilaration and enjoy the challenge. Our Waterpark is a Wipeout Challenge and is not for the faint hearted.

Please Note: The Waterpark Wipeout is designed to CHALLENGE, if you are booking the Waterpark you are expected to take up the challenge. It’s Tough!

For Safety Reasons Pregnant Women, People with Heart Conditions or Back Problems should NOT use the Waterpark Wipeout.

Canoe Cliff Jumping

Not for the faint hearted. Take the canoes to Buchanan Castle, climb the Buchanan Castle Cliffs on the loch and then take a deep breath and leap into the unknown. Imagine the exhilaration of the leap into the chilly waters of Loch Ard – you’ll definitely make a splash.

Canoe/Kayak Hire Agreement

By placing a booking for this activity you are agreeing to the following terms:

I hereby represent that I am 18 years or older.

I hereby accept the responsibility for breakage, loss, or theft of rentals.

I agree to assume full responsibility for the acts, negligence, or omissions of the members of my group while hiring the canoe(s)/kayak(s), buoyancy aids and paddles. Canoeing & use of equipment is at my own risk and responsibility, absolutely and without recourse and I agree not to hold Go Country Adventure liable for any injuries incurred or inflicted. Late returns of rentals will be subject to additional rates of £10.00 per canoe/kayak for every 15 min late.

I hereby accept the terms and conditions stated above and acknowledge delivery to me of the above listed equipment will be subject to additional rates of £10.00 per canoe/kayak every 15 min late in good condition.  A fee of £25 will be charged for abandoned canoes.

Paddleboard Hire Agreement

By placing a booking for this activity you are agreeing to the following terms:

Broken Fins/Paddles

Please ensure you follow the guidance of instructors and any damage to the fins or loss of paddles will result in a charge of £40

By placing a booking for this activity you are agreeing to the following terms:

If under eighteen this form must be read and agreed by a parent or guardian of the participating young person on their behalf. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to ensure that the young person is aware of the risks involved in participating in adventurous activities, and that they understand the importance of the following terms.

  1. I understand and fully accept that participating in outdoor activities entails some risk, and that while risks are minimised, accidents and injury may occur.
  2. I will ensure that I am fully prepared for my activity day, bringing appropriate clothing and footwear for the activities I am participating in and the weather conditions, plus a full change of clothes and any medication I may need.
  3. Whilst at Go Country Adventure, or under Go Country Adventure instruction, I will listen carefully to and abide by all oral instructions and rules given to me by Go Country Adventure Staff Members. I understand that failure to do so may result in an accident.
  4. I agree to wear all safety equipment provided by Go Country in the manner demonstrated by Go Country Adventure Staff.
  5. I understand that certain elements of participation in outdoor activities will involve physically challenging activities.
  6. I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own behaviour whilst on Go Country Adventure premise’s or under Go Country Adventure instruction. Offensive, aggressive, or disruptive behaviour will result in the participant leaving the session, or premises.
  7. I acknowledge that I am also responsible for my own possessions whilst at Go Country Adventure. We advise that valuable possessions are left at home.
  8. In the unlikely event of an accident, or loss or damage to my personal effects, I acknowledge that Go Country Adventure will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage or injury arising from or in connection with the activities (except for death or personal injury caused by Go Country Adventure negligence) and I waive all and any claims against Go Country  Adventure in this respect.
  9. To the best of my knowledge I have declared all medical conditions (including pregnancy) which may make it more likely that I be involved in an incident which could result in injury to myself or others.
  10. In addition, for parents and guardians responsible for and on behalf of an under eighteen year old participant, I also accept that the group leader/organiser is directly responsible for my child between activity sessions, and that they are not supervised by Go Country Adventure staff outside of activity sessions.

I have carefully read and understood the above and in placing an online booking II agree to these terms.

Waterpark Disclaimer

By placing a booking for this activity you are agreeing to the following terms:

Every person taking part in any water sports activity provided by Go Country Adventure is  required to read and agree to the terms of this document. By booking this activity you are accepting that you have read and understood all of the information and risks associated with the water based activities on site at Go Country Adventure. All participants must listen to all safety briefings and instructions before taking part in any activities. You must NOT partake in any activity if you do not feel you have understood the briefings and/or instructions. If you require more assistance please do not hesitate to ask a member of staff. All participants must obey all Instructions given by  Go Country staff at all times. Go Country Adventure reserves the right to terminate any activity with immediate effect if any of the staff feel that participants are not following the rules and following instructions:

  1. Strictly no alcohol or non prescription drugs are to be consumed before or during any activity. If any member of the Go Country staff deem that you are under the influence of any altering substance, you will not be permitted to take part in any activities.
  2. All protective equipment including buoyancy aids must be worn for the duration of the activity.
  3. All rented equipment must remain on site and returned to the designated area after use. The equipment remains the property of Go Country Adventure and in the event of any damage being caused to the equipment through fault of the user, the participant is liable to pay for the repair/replacement.
  4. All participants must understand that water-sports of any nature can be a dangerous activity. Whilst all efforts are made to safeguard our customers from such dangers, accidents and injuries can happen.
  5. In agreeing to take part in this activity and agreeing to the terms of this disclaimer, you are acknowledging these dangers and agree to take part at your own discretion.
  6. Go Country Adventure is not liable for damage or loss to persons or property however incurred.
  7. All existing injuries or health issues that may be affected by you taking part in this activity must be reported to Go Country Adventure Staff before taking part.
  8. Threatening behaviour towards any Go Country Adventure staff or other visitor on site is not tolerated. Any behaviour of this sort will result in your self being asked to leave the site.
  9. Go Country Adventure Waterpark: This is not suitable for under 8 years, under 10’s must be accompanied by an adult, Adults must read and agree to the terms of the disclaimer for unaccompanied under 14’s and must stay bankside to supervise.
  10. Anyone wishing to use the obstacles at Go Country Adventure must have read and fully understood these terms.
  11. The use of obstacles can be dangerous and can massively increase the risk of injury, The obstacles present on the loch are to be utilised at the users discretion and entirely at the users own risk #, Go Country        Adventure cannot accept any responsibility for injury caused whilst using the obstacles.
  12. I confirm that everyone participating is over the age of 12.

Mini Waterpark

Our Mini Waterpark is for smaller children and is located in a large inflatable pool next to the Loch, we have plenty of smaller inflatables for the children to have lots of fun

Not for the faint hearted. Zip to the cliff by speed boat going supersonic speeds. Climb the Buchanan Castle Cliffs on the loch and then take a deep breath and leap into the unknown.

Imagine the exhilaration of the leap into the chilly waters of Loch Ard – you’ll definitely make a splash. An hour that you will never forget. Safety equipment included.

Cliff jumping is restricted to age 10 years and over.

Attention - Roadworks on B829

Please note due to roadworks on the approach road to Go Country the following restrictions are currently in place. 

Road is closed between 9am and 12pm.

Opens up for one hour between 12pm and 1pm.

Closed between 1pm and 4pm.

This is outwith our control but we aplogise for any inconvenience.

Camp Site T&Cs

By placing a booking for the Camp Site you are agreeing to the following terms:

Admission

Admission is only permitted after registering at reception. A member of your party will be shown around the site to record any damages before and after. Under 18’s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Arrivals and Departures

Late arrivals must notify Go Country Adventure as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours, after this period the management reserves the right to relet your accommodation. No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures. Check in at 12 noon and Check out by 10am.

Changes to your stay

Booking cannot be amended within 30 days of arrival. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking this includes 20% non-refundable deposit.

Dogs

Dogs are not permitted. Guide Dogs are allowed on site.

General

Quiet hours must be respected between 10pm and 7am. Music and noise must be kept at low volume. The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered. The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.

Hired Accommodation

No naked flames and no smoking inside the tents. When booking the hot tub please ensure it is covered after each use.

Occupancy

No hen/stag parties permitted. Please note this is an activity campsite at least 1 activity each day you stay must be booked.

Reception & Carpark

Reception is open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Saturday and 10am to 4pm on Sundays. No arrivals are permitted after 5pm Mon-Sat or 4pm Sunday. The carpark at Go Country Adventure will close at the same time as reception, all belongings needed must be taken to the campsite as there will be no access after this time. Please note only 1 car per group will be allowed.

Safety

Barbeques are permitted but must be raised off the ground, tended to by an adult at all times and away from the tents. Open fires are prohibited guests must use the fire pit provided. The fire pit and logs are available to hire for £25p/n.

Damages

Campsite will be subject to checks before and after your stay, we will ask a member of your party to accompany a member of staff around the campsite to make notes of any damage before and after your stay. A deposit of £100 will be taken on arrival and reimburse on departure once checked.

Visitors

Visitors are not permitted on site. Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
