Who we are
We are Go Country Leisure Limited, a company incorporated in Scotland Registered number SC033314 whose principal place of business and registered office is Foresthills Watersports Centre, Kinlochard, Nr Aberfoyle, FK8 3TL. Tel +44 (0) 1877 387 750. Go Country Leisure Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Go Country Limited, a charity registered SC033314.
Please remember that throughout these terms when we mention “we”, “us”, “our” etc., we mean www.gocountry.co.uk. When we refer to “you” we mean the user and/or browser of our website.
About these terms and conditions
You are reading the terms and conditions for use of the www.gocountry.co.uk website. They make a legally binding contract between us and you. Your acceptance of the terms and conditions is made by your browsing our website and is dated to your first use of the website. If you do not accept the terms and conditions or any part of them you should stop using our website immediately.
We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions from time to time which will take effect from the date of posting on the website. Your continued use of the site will mark your acceptance of any changes to the terms and conditions.
We may from time to time display additional terms and conditions on our website, for example in connection with a specific promotion or in connection with the sale of goods or services. If the terms and conditions for use of the website should conflict in any way with such additional terms then the additional terms will prevail.
The activities can include an element of risk through participation. All participants will receive detailed safety training from a qualified instructor and/or be supervised during the activity.
Go Country Leisure Limited reserves the right to refuse admittance to the activities or to remove a participant from the activities should it deem it necessary to do so. This includes a participant who does not comply with the safety rules and advice and the safety system or who is deemed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
No refunds or compensation will be payable by Go Country Leisure Limited in the event that any participant is not permitted to, or decides not to, undertake the activities.
It shall be the responsibility of all participants to ensure that they are dressed appropriately and Go Country Leisure Limited advises participants to wear clothing appropriate for the weather conditions and which they do not mind getting damaged. All specialist equipment will be available for hire.
Go Country Leisure Limited will not be responsible for any damage to or loss of clothing or other personal items resulting in participation from the activity.
Bookings and transactions
We take every care to ensure information provided to us by you is as safe and secure as is practical based on the nature of the transaction. However, every transaction is conducted at your own risk, and we will not be liable for any loss suffered by you except as caused by direct negligence on our part.
No booking shall be deemed to have been accepted unless accepted in writing by Go Country Leisure Limited. (which shall include email confirmation of booking.)
You must advise Go Country Leisure Limited as soon as possible of any mistake in Go Country’s booking confirmation.
It is the responsibility of you and your party to arrive in sufficient time for the start of the activity. Late arrivals may not be permitted to undertake the activities and no refunds or compensation will be payable under such circumstances.
Price and Payment
Subject to any terms agreed in writing between Go Country Leisure Limited and you, our charges shall be calculated at our current rates and payment in full shall be due at the time of booking. Payment shall be made by debit or credit card either on line or by contacting 01877 387 750
You shall be entitled to cancel your booking subject to Go Country Leisure Limited receiving your request for cancellation at least 48 hours before the booked start time. Any requests for cancellation must be made by telephoning 01877 387 750. You shall be entitled to a full refund in the event of cancellation under this clause.
Go Country Leisure Limited shall be entitled to cancel your booking at any time. In the event that Go Country Leisure Limited decides to cancel your booking it shall use its reasonable endeavours to notify you are soon as possible. You shall be entitled to a full refund in the event of cancellation under this clause but no other compensation will be payable.
In the event that it proves necessary to close the activities for reasons beyond the control of Go Country Leisure Limited and in circumstances where your party has commenced participation in the activities, you shall not be entitled to any refund (in part or in whole). In such circumstances Go Country Leisure Limited may, but shall not be obliged to, offer alternative dates or times at reduced rates.
Refunds and Amendments
Payments made by debit or credit card will be refunded to the same card or, if the card has subsequently expired, by cheque.
Where multiple forms of payment are used, Go Country Leisure Limited reserves the right to refund any monies due on a refund or amendment by credit or cheque.
About our liability to you
Except as otherwise provided in these Booking Terms and Conditions, Go Country Leisure Limited shall not be responsible for the loss, or damage, of or to any property or to any person arising from the booking of or participation in the Activities.
Except as otherwise provided in these booking terms and conditions any liability to Go Country Leisure Limited shall be limited to the refund of any charges paid to Go Country Leisure Limited.
Nothing contained in these booking terms and conditions is intended to nor shall limit the liability of Go Country Leisure Limited in respect of death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Go Country Leisure Limited or of its employees, agents or contractors.

The images, graphics, text, applets and scripts operating our website (which, collectively, we call “Website Information”) are copyright (c) Go Country Limited 2002 to 2009 unless otherwise stated. You may view Website Information in a web browser for private browsing purposes only. Copying Website Information into a computer cache or storage device for private on or off-line browsing purposes is also permitted.
